Hebrew translation:

159. וַיֹּאמֶר אֱלֹהִים נַעֲשֶׂה אָדָם. סוֹד ה’ לִירֵאָיו וְגוֹ’ (תהלים כה). פָּתַח אתוֹ זְקַן הַזְּקֵנִים וְאָמַר: שִׁמְעוֹן שִׁמְעוֹן, מִי הוּא שֶׁאָמַר וַיֹּאמֶר אֱלֹהִים נַעֲשֶׂה אָדָם? מִיהוּ כָּאן אֱלֹהִים זֶה? בֵּין כָּךְ פָּרַח אוֹתוֹ זְקַן הַזְּקֵנִים וְלֹא רָאָה אוֹתוֹ. וּכְמוֹ שֶׁשָּׁמַע רַבִּי שִׁמְעוֹן, שֶׁהָיָה קוֹרֵא לוֹ שִׁמְעוֹן וְלֹא רַבִּי שִׁמְעוֹן, אָמַר לַחֲבֵרָיו: וַדַּאי זֶהוּ הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר בּוֹ (דניאל ז) וְעַתִּיק הַיָּמִים יוֹשֵׁב. הֲרֵי כָּעֵת זוֹהִי שָׁעָה לִפְתֹּחַ בַּסּוֹד הַזֶּה, שֶׁוַּדַּאי יֵשׁ כָּאן סוֹד שֶׁלֹּא נִתָּן רְשׁוּת לְהִתְגַּלּוֹת, וְכָעֵת מַשְׁמָע שֶׁנִּתְּנָה רְשׁוּת לְהִתְגַּלּוֹת.
160. פָּתַח וְאָמַר, (מָשָׁל) לְמֶלֶךְ שֶׁהָיוּ לוֹ כַּמָּה בִּנְיָנִים לִבְנוֹת וְהָיָה לוֹ אֻמָּן, וְאוֹתוֹ אֻמָּן לֹא הָיָה עוֹשֶׂה דָבָר אֶלָּא מֵרְשׁוּת הַמֶּלֶךְ, כְּמוֹ שֶׁאַתָּה אוֹמֵר (משלי ח) וָאֶהְיֶה אֶצְלוֹ אָמוֹן. הַמֶּלֶךְ הוּא וַדַּאי חָכְמָה עֶלְיוֹנָה לְמַעְלָה, וְעַמּוּד הָאֶמְצָעִי [הוּא] מֶלֶךְ לְמַטָּה. אֱלֹהִים אֻמָּן לְמַעְלָה, וְזוֹ אֵם הָעֶלְיוֹנָה. אֱלֹהִים אֻמָּן לְמַטָּה, וְזוֹ שְׁכִינָה שֶׁלְּמַטָּה.

Psalm 25:14
“סוֹד יְהוָה לִירֵאָיו וּבְרִיתוֹ לְהוֹדִיעָם.”
“The secret of YHVH is with those who fear Him, And He will show them His covenant.”

The elder of the elders opened a discourse and said: Shimon Shimon, who is it that said “Let Us make man” as it is written;
Genesis 1:26
“וַיֹּאמֶר אֱלֹהִים נַעֲשֶׂה אָדָם בְּצַלְמֵנוּ כִּדְמוּתֵנוּ וְיִרְדּוּ בִדְגַת הַיָּם וּבְעוֹף הַשָּׁמַיִם וּבַבְּהֵמָה וּבְכָל הָאָרֶץ וּבְכָל הָרֶמֶשׂ הָרֹמֵשׂ עַל הָאָרֶץ.”
“Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”
Who is the name “אֱלֹהִים” (ELHYM) “God” here? Meanwhile, that elderly man flew and was not seen. Rabbi Shimon heard the call “Shimon, Shimon” and not “Rabbi Shimon”. He said to his friends: Surely this is the Holy One, blessed be He, of whom it was said;
Daniel 7:9
“חָזֵה הֲוֵית עַד דִּי כָרְסָוָן רְמִיו וְעַתִּיק יוֹמִין יְתִב לְבוּשֵׁהּ כִּתְלַג חִוָּר וּשְׂעַר רֵאשֵׁהּ כַּעֲמַר נְקֵא כָּרְסְיֵהּ שְׁבִיבִין דִּי נוּר גַּלְגִּלּוֹהִי נוּר דָּלִק.” (the verse is in Aramaic)
“I watched till thrones were put in place, And the Ancient of Days (Atik yomin עתיק יומין) was seated; His garment was white as snow, And the hair of His head was like pure wool. His throne was a fiery flame, Its wheels a burning fire;”
Rabbi Shimon said, Now is the time to reveal this secret because we did not have permission to reveal it, but now we understand that permission was given for it to be revealed.

Rabbi Shimon opened a discourse and said, like a king with several buildings to build, he had a master builder who would not do anything except with the King’s permission. This is the secret in the verse;
Proverbs 8:30
“וָאֶהְיֶה אֶצְלוֹ אָמוֹן וָאֶהְיֶה שַׁעֲשֻׁעִים יוֹם יוֹם מְשַׂחֶקֶת לְפָנָיו בְּכָל עֵת.”
“Then I was beside Him as a master craftsman; And I was daily His delight, Rejoicing always before Him,”
The King is the supreme Chokmah above, and the middle column Zeir Anpin, the King below. God (ELHYM) is the ‘master craftsman’ above, which is the Supreme Mother, Binah.
As we have two aspects of King, there are two aspects in the master craftsman, that is the name “אֱלֹהִים” “ELHYM.” The master craftsman of the Chokmah, that is the King above, is the Mother, who is called ELHYM, and the craftsman of Tiferet, the middle line, and the King below, is the Shechina that, is the Nukva, who is also called ELHYM.

Lesson;
As we explained previously, the Lights from above form a similar image below. The name ELHYM is the creative force, as we read in the story of Creation (Genesis 1). It is the power of the Mother, Binah.
Mother, which is the female aspect of the Light, is a vessel that nourishes the lower levels. When it appears in the lower level as the Shechina below, it is also called ELHYM because it reflects the force, name, and Light above.
For that reason, the letters H H in the YHVH name are the same letter and have the aspect of female and the name ELHYM. The י Y of the YHVH name is Chokmah (male), and the first H is Binah (female), upper Shechina. The V is Zeir Anpin, middle column, male, the channel of the Light/nourishments from above the lower H, which is female and represents the Shechina below. It also has the name ELHYM.
When we read in Genesis 1, “And God (ELHYM) said, let there be..”, we understand that what was said above manifested below from the same Light/force.
Observing the world below lets us learn a lot about the spiritual forces above.
