Daily Zohar # 1808 – Emor – A dream of 70 years
At the time of the Final Redemption the Light will return to Zion. We studied before that Zion is Yessod of Malchut. It is the point where the Light connects to Malchut and nourishes the world below. With the destruction of the Holy Temple we lost the ‘tool’ to connect to the flow of light from Zeir Anpin.
“A Song of Ascents. When YHVH restored the fortunes of Zion, we were like those who dream.”
This song was sang during the 70 years of exile in Babylon. The Zohar explains that there is a dreams that is fulfilled in 70 years.
“”For thus says YHVH, ‘When seventy years have been completed for Babylon, I will visit you and fulfill My good word to you, to bring you back to this place.’”
In May 14th 1948, Israel was declared as the state of Israel and opened its gates to the gathering of all Jews from the world. Now, 67 (Numerically Binah בינה) years later, we pray that by the next three years we will witness the return to Zion.
