Hebrew translation:

73. וְעַל זֶה צָרִיךְ הַדָּבָר לְהִתְפָּרֵשׁ בַּפֶּה, וְדָבָר שֶׁתָּלוּי בַּלֵּב, וְהַכֹּל סוֹד הוּא. אֶחָד כְּנֶגֶד דַּרְגָּה תַּחְתּוֹנָה, וְאֶחָד כְּנֶגֶד דַּרְגָּה עֶלְיוֹנָה. דָּבָר שֶׁהִתְפָּרֵשׁ, כְּנֶגֶד דַּרְגָּה תַּחְתּוֹנָה שֶׁהִצְטָרֵךְ לְהִתְפָּרֵשׁ. אוֹתוֹ שֶׁתָּלוּי בַּלֵּב הוּא כְּנֶגֶד דַּרְגָּה פְּנִימִית יוֹתֵר, וְהַכֹּל הוּא כְּאֶחָד. וְעַל זֶה אָמַר יִהְיוּ לְרָצוֹן אִמְרֵי פִי וְהֶגְיוֹן לִבִּי לְפָנֶיךָ וגו’.
74. כְּמוֹ זֶה אָמַר יַעֲקֹב. בַּתְּחִלָּה פֵּרַשׁ הַדָּבָר כָּרָאוּי, וְאַחַר כָּךְ הִסְתִּיר הַדָּבָר שֶׁתָּלוּי בְּהֶגְיוֹן הַלֵּב שֶׁלֹּא צָרִיךְ לְפָרֵשׁ, שֶׁכָּתוּב (בראשית לב) וְשַׂמְתִּי אֶת זַרְעֲךָ כְּחוֹל הַיָּם אֲשֶׁר לֹא יִסָּפֵר מֵרֹב. כָּאן הוּא דָבָר הַתָּלוּי בַּלֵּב שֶׁלֹּא צָרִיךְ לְפָרֵשׁ, וְכֵן צָרִיךְ כְּמוֹ שֶׁאָמַרְנוּ, כְּדֵי לְיַחֵד יִחוּד שָׁלֵם כָּרָאוּי. אַשְׁרֵי הַצַּדִּיקִים שֶׁיּוֹדְעִים לְסַדֵּר שֶׁבַח רִבּוֹנָם כָּרָאוּי וּלְבַקֵּשׁ בַּקָּשָׁתָם, וְלָכֵן כָּתוּב (ישעיה מט) וַיֹּאמֶר לִי עַבְדִּי אָתָּה יִשְׂרָאֵל אֲשֶׁר בְּךָ אֶתְפָּאָר. [ס”א כָּתוּב גַּם אֶת הַשֵּׁנִי גַּם אֶת הַשְּׁלִישִׁי וגו’. שָׁלֹשׁ פְּעָמִים גַּם, רֶמֶז (גַּ”ם רָאשֵׁי תֵבוֹת: גּוֹאֵל מֹשֶׁה. גּוֹאֵל מָרְדְּכַי. גּוֹאֵל מָשִׁיחַ) לְשָׁלֹשׁ גְּאֻלּוֹת עַל יְדֵי שְׁלֹשָׁה צַדִּיקִים, מֹשֶׁה מָרְדְּכַי מָשִׁיחַ, שֶׁעָתִיד לְגָאֳלֵנוּ בְּקָרוֹב].

Zohar Vayishlach

The expression of the prayers in the mouth is on the level of Malchut. The meditation that comes from the heart and mind is at the level of Binah. Both are needed to make the proper connection as we explained the verse from Psalms 19:15 above.

The Zohar explains that there are lights from Chokmah that revealed in Malchut through the mouth. And there are countless lights of Chassadim that are concealed and come from Binah with the aspect of “הֶגְיוֹן לִבִּי” “meditation of the heart”.
When Jacob mentioned (Genesis 32:13) “And you said, ‘I will surely prosper you”, it was an expression from the mouth and related to defined and specific lights.
The words we express from our mouth create angels that connect to a specific light. It is a defined form of revelation in Malchut. Unexpressed thoughts and feelings are part of our prayers and connect us with a higher and concealed source of Light.

Then Jacob continues to quote God’s promise; ‘I will surely prosper you and make your descendants as the sand of the sea, which is too great to be numbered.’. This is the aspect of the concealed light that is countless. Both aspects of concealed and revealed are important when praying.
The Zohar commend the righteous for knowing how to praise their master creator and then do their prayers. Their prayers glorify God as we read in Isaiah 49:3
“וַיֹּאמֶר לִי עַבְדִּי אָתָּה יִשְׂרָאֵל אֲשֶׁר בְּךָ אֶתְפָּאָר.”
“And He said to me, ‘My servant you are, O Israel, In whom I beautify Myself.’”

Our prayer books organized by prophets that knew the spiritual system and made for us the ultimate connection to Binah. The words and the different sections of the prayers construct ladders that take us from the lower level, purify us, and let us climb all the way to the world of Atziluth. On that level we make a silent connection with 18 blessings that cover all aspects of our needs for a happy and fulfilled life. After that we have a soft descend to Malchut. At the end we seal the connection by praising God with “ עלינו לשבח לאדון הכל…”,”It is on us to praise the master of all things, to exalt the Creator of all existence…”.

Study your prayer book and follow it. It’s the highest level of spiritual technology.
