#184
Isaiah 8:16
“צוֹר תְּעוּדָה חֲתוֹם תּוֹרָה בְּלִמֻּדָי.”
“Bind up the testimony, Seal the law(Torah) among my disciples.”
He continued to explain “Bind up the testimony” is David’s testimony, which is Malchut, as it is written;
Psalm 132:12
“אִם יִשְׁמְרוּ בָנֶיךָ בְּרִיתִי וְעֵדֹתִי זוֹ אֲלַמְּדֵם גַּם בְּנֵיהֶם עֲדֵי עַד יֵשְׁבוּ לְכִסֵּא לָךְ.”
“If your sons will keep My covenant And My testimony which I shall teach them, Their sons also shall sit upon your throne forevermore.”
“Bind up” means a connection, as one who ties a knot in and creates a bind. It means that Malchut is connected. “Seal the law” means the seal of the Torah, who is Zeir Anpin, extends abundance and great Light from above, sealed below at the level of “my disciples”, which is Netzach and Hod that are called “למודי יהוה” “Taught by YHVH” (Isaiah 54:13). The Light and the ‘oil’ (Light of Chokmah) flows from above, which is Tiferet, the Torah, to the two columns of Netzach and Hod. From them to the opening of Yessod that releases the Light into the ‘testimony’, Malchut. And then everything is unified in one faithful bond, and with the abundance from Yessod, the Torah is sealed in Malchut.

#185
The difference between those who study Torah and the faithful prophets is that those who deal with the Torah are always on a higher level than prophets. The point is that those who deal with Torah stand in the higher place, which is Zeir Anpin. Their connections sustain the bond between upper and lower Malchut. Malchut can receive only what Zeir Anpin gives her. The prophets are on a lower level of Netzach and Hod, which is from the middle (chest) of Zeir Anpin and down. That is why those who deal with the Torah are superior to the prophets. Those who speak from the Holy Spirit are below the others because the holy spirit is drawn from the Malchut level, which is the lowest of all.

Lesson;
The Holy Spirit speaks through people in Malchut who have high consciousness and are connected to holiness, which comes with studies of the Torah and sacred text.
Above them are the prophets that can elevate their soul to the level of Netzach and Hod and experience visions beyond the limitation of the physical senses. They can see beyond time.
Above them, all are the ones that live in the Torah. They know the entire Torah on deeper levels and receive Light directly from the roots of the Torah in Binah. They can see more than prophets and are able to affect reality with their prayers, blessings, and thoughts.
