Holy Zohar text. Daily Zohar -936
Hebrew translation:

Sorry Hebrew translation is missing from my original files.

Tikkun 70 – 41

The lines on the forehead are ‘registered’ by the Holy system but there could be lines from the other side that are registered to show previous life transgressions.

From ‘Ohr Hachama’ (Light of the Sun) by Rabbi Avraham Azulai;
Small and narrow forehead that comes out indicates spiritually unstable person that considers himself wise but has nothing to offer but half truths and lies.
The forehead is the aspect of Binah and the place where Chokmah and Binah is unified to bring out the aspect of Da’at (Knowledge, connection).
If the unification brings positivity, the lines will be straight and the forehead will be nicely rounded. If otherwise, then it shows uneven and broken lines. When a person speaks, the lines on his forehead may ‘speak’ differently. If the lines are nicely aligned, then the person is in balance and truthful, otherwise if it shows small and narrow broken lines it means unreliable person that we should avoid having any relationship with.

Note:
The Daily Zohar brings the explanation of Rabbi Avraham Azulai that explains the Zohar clearly. I will continue to add more from his writings but I want to warn you as before, please do not jump into conclusions and judgment until you study all the PFR articles. To be able to ‘read’ people you must first conduct yourself with truth in everything you do in life. It is important to know that if we are not connected to the central column then we can not see the truth even if we think that we have the exact details.
Study the PFR to understand the spiritual system better and be in awe of the awesome and magnificent Creation God made for us. Do not apply PFR knowledge for personal gain.
