Zohar Toldot
Continued from previous DZ
Isaiah 58:11
YHVH will guide you continually (תָּמִיד), And satisfy your soul in drought (Also, supreme Light), And strengthen your bones (Essence); You shall be like a watered garden, And like a spring of water, whose waters never run dry.”

#108
He asks what is “like a watered garden,” and he replies that this is the abundance from Binah that never ceases to flow to him forever and ever. The “garden” is Malchut that drinks from them and always satisfies them. “like a spring of water,” is the same River that continues and comes out of the Garden of Eden, and its waters never stop.

#109
He continues to explain the difference and the relationship between “a watered garden” and “a spring of water” and says a well of living water is a supreme secret, which is Binah, goes inside the faith that is Malchut and makes it a spring of water. It is filled from the water source with aspects of male and female, Right and Left.
When Malchut draws from the Left without Chassadim, it has the aspect of an empty cistern, an empty vessel. When the Chassadim comes from the Right of the middle line, Malchut becomes a well of living water because water is Chassadim.

#110
That source of water and that cistern are one, and together they are called a well because the source of water is implied in the letter א A and Malchut is a cistern, “בור,” and together “באר” “a well.” Because that source, “a spring of water,” enters Malchut and never ceases from it,
The cistern is filled from it, as explained above. And everyone who looks into this cistern, that is, Malchut is found looking at the supreme secret of faith, Binah. And this is the sign of the work of the patriarchs, who endeavored to dig the well of water within the secret of the highest, which is Binah, and one should not separate the source, which is the spring of water, and the well itself, because they are one.

Lesson;
Joseph was thrown into the pit
Genesis 37:24
“Then they took him and cast him into a pit. And the pit was empty; there was no water in it.”
The commentaries ask why the verse adds “there was no water in it” after it mentions, “the pit was empty.” Rashi says, “No water in it, but there were snakes and scorpions in it.”
Joseph is the aspect of Yessod, and he had the Torah in him, so the negative elements in the pit could not hurt him.

Without the Light of Binah that is drawn to Malchut through our connections to the Torah, Malchut would be a dark place. The darkest places on earth are places without Torah.
The work of the children of Israel around the world keeps the flow of Light to the world, but that is not enough for the entire world. Evil is growing, and B”H it would be eliminated soon.
On the individual level, we need to maintain our studies and Tzedakah giving to keep our well flowing because otherwise, we get exposed to snakes and scorpions.

The month of Kislev is the ninth month and the aspect of Yessod. It’s a month of Light and miracles. To properly connect to this level and draw its light, increase your study time and give your full tithe (giving the 10th that is Malchut elevates us to Yessod to connect to blessings and sustenance). Share your tithe with channels of Light that benefit you spiritually. Avoid giving the tithe to one place. Video

Friday would be a good day to make a ** Donation, and support the Daily Zohar projects, especially if you didn’t donate in the past week. Giving on Friday, which is an aspect of Yessod, expands the vessel for the Light and honor of Shabbat.
** Your donation doesn’t have to be given to the same place every week. You can alternate or split your donation among those who benefit you spiritually.
